What is the barrel sauna made of?

Our barrel saunas are expertly crafted using premium Canadian Red Cedar. This wood naturally resists moisture, provides excellent insulation, and emits a calming aroma during use. 

What sizes are available?

Our saunas come in three convenient sizes:

• 2-Person: 2.1 x 1.8 m (6.9 x 5.9 feet)

• 4-Person: 2.1 x 2.4 m (6.9 x 7.9 feet)

• 6-Person: 2.1 x 3.0 m (6.9 x 9.8 feet)

How long does it take the sauna to heat up?

Thanks to its circular design and efficient internal electric control stove (6kW), your barrel sauna heats faster and distributes heat more evenly than traditional square models. Most users report reaching a comfortable sauna temperature (around 150°F / 65°C) within 10-15 minutes. 

What electrical requirements are needed for installation?

Our barrel sauna can accommodate 85-250 volts with automatic voltage regulation. We recommend contacting a professional electrician to ensure safe installation.

What warranty do you provide?

We stand behind our products with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our team is committed to your satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly. We are also happy to offer returns, or to offer full or partial refunds if we ship you pieces that are damaged or defective. We strive for your satisfaction.

How will the sauna be delivered?

Your barrel sauna will be securely packaged and shipped directly from our manufacturer. Please note, due to its size and weight (approximately 200 kg/440 lbs), we highly recommend having help ready upon delivery.

How long is shipping?

All saunas are custom made upon order based on your specifications and are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Sauna assembly by the manufacturer requires 30 days, and delivery requires 45 days. All saunas include free shipping to standard urban/suburban residential addresses in Canada.

• Faster Heating: Barrel saunas have less unused airspace, leading to faster heating. 
   
• Easier to move and construct: Our saunas are designed to be put together by two people in an afternoon. Barrel saunas are easier to construct than square saunas.

• Comfort: Sitting against the curved wall of a barrel sauna is more comfortable than the flat wall of a square sauna. 

• More durable: The barrel design inherently makes these saunas more resistant to extreme weather, necessitating less frequent upkeep.
